Terms for Using This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to loctonaffinity.shop and the services Loctonaffinity Tree Service offers through it. Using the website, dialing its listed number or sending a form means you accept these terms. This document is a general template, not legal advice.

The Role of This Service

Loctonaffinity Tree Service offers referral and marketing services that connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. Tree removal, stump grinding, branch trimming and storm damage clearance are not services we perform. Any agreement you reach with a provider is between you and that provider; we are not a party to it.

What the Provider Handles

Each provider is a separate business, solely responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and conduct. Providers are not employed, supervised or controlled by us. We make no promises about their availability, response times, work or results.

Before booking, check the provider's credentials, request proof of insurance and obtain a written quote.

Understanding the Website's Guidance

Website content offers general information. It does not serve as arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Any cost ranges reflect typical U.S. figures, vary with the job and are not quotes. Confirm relevant details with a qualified provider, your insurer and your local permit office as appropriate.

Using the Site Responsibly

You agree to provide accurate details when contacting us and to use this website for lawful purposes only. You also agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation or attempt access without permission.

Contact About Your Request

When you contact us by phone or submit a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may follow up about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To ask us to stop contacting you at any time, email contact@loctonaffinity.shop.

Ownership of Website Materials

Loctonaffinity Tree Service or its licensors own this website's content and design. Commercial copying or reuse requires permission.

Limits on Responsibility

As far as the law permits, Loctonaffinity Tree Service accepts no liability for loss or damage resulting from your use of this website, a provider's services or an agreement you make with a provider. The website is supplied "as is," with no warranties of any kind.
