Website Accessibility and Support
Last updated: October 2026
Loctonaffinity Tree Service wants loctonaffinity.shop to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach accessibility. It is a general template and does not provide legal advice.
The Standard We Work Toward
Our aim is a website that as many people as possible can use. We work toward Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, a widely used website accessibility standard.
Making Pages Easier to Use
Our accessibility goals include:
- Clear headings arranged in a logical page order
- Text alternatives for images that convey meaning
- Readable text with suitable color contrast
- Features that can be used with a keyboard alone
- Pages suited to phones, tablets and computers
- Plain wording that is easy to understand
- Form labels that clearly explain each field
Areas That May Need Work
Parts of the website may not yet meet these standards fully. We may not control content supplied by third parties, including embedded tools. We check the website periodically and address problems we find.
Another Way to Get Help
A difficult page or form does not have to end your request. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or send an email to contact@loctonaffinity.shop so we can do our part to help.
Tell Us About an Access Problem
We welcome your feedback. In an email to contact@loctonaffinity.shop, please describe:
- Which page or feature caused difficulty
- What occurred and what you expected instead
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if known
We will review the message and aim to respond within a few business days.
Keeping Accessibility in View
This work continues as the website changes. We will keep accessibility in mind during updates and continue making improvements.
Tell us what happened
